Homework

• Homework 1 (Postscript, PDF) is due on February 11, 2003, in class. You will also need
  image files circles.gif and lab.gif, and the Matlab file unwarp.m.

• Homework 2 (Postscript, PDF) is due on March 6, 2003, in class. You will also need
  Matlab files stereodots.m, showpair.m, and marrPoggio.m.

• Homework 3 (Postscript, PDF) is due on April 3, 2003, in class. You will also need
  Matlab files badTracker.m, gradient.m and gauss.m, as well as image files i_0001.pgm,
  i_0002.pgm,  i_0003.pgm,  i_0004.pgm,  i_0005.pgm,  i_0006.pgm,  i_0007.pgm,
  i_0008.pgm. The whole set of files (text, Matlab, and images) is also available as a
  single zip file).

• Homework 4 (Postscript, PDF) is due on April 15, 2003.

Handouts

• These notes on image processing (Postscript, PDF) summarize what we need out of
  pages 135-174 of the textbook. These pages are still recommended reading. The Matlab
  function gradient.m computes the gradient  (derivatives in the row and column
  direction) of an image as explained in the notes.
