- To what extent does Prof. Teachout view the Internet and technology
themselves as the foundation for the successes in the 2004 Dean campaign
rather than the culture of the Dean campaign in making use of generative
aspects of the Internet and technology?
- In a 2004 interview Prof. Teachout said "I studied game theory at
Duke ... I decided that although the likelihood of being successful on a
