A project artifact is all your documentation for a project.  That should
include a user's manual, a programmer's manual, code, design diagrams,
screen shots, etc.  It's everything that you want us to have while
evaluating what you've done-- it should look nice, be in some sort of
sensical order, and representative of the work you've done for a project.
