spaces in arithmetica

If it makes it easier for you to complete arithmetica, you can require
the user to include spaces in their expression.  Of course, you must
DOCUMENT exactly where the user needs to put spaces (i.e., think about
3 + abc * 4 and sum ( 4 , abc , !! ) ).

Not requiring spaces will earn you some extra credit,
