change in arithmetica spec

For those of you who weren't in class today, there has been a change in
the spec for arithmetica - namely,
that implementing the functions is now NOT required, but will be for
extra credit.  You still need to do the binary and unary operators, but
the functions (sin, sum, etc) are extra.  This was voted on in class
today, so if this makes you angry, take it up with your classmates!

P.S. I should also mention that no one will check submissions until
8AM tomorrow morning, so even though your program is technically due at
midnight, there will be no penalty as long as you submit by
8AM Thursday.
