You have additional disk space in that new directory.  What you can do is
move some of your stuff to the new directory, or start working from the
new space.  Apparently you don't even have enough space to put a new link
in your 'normal' quota space...

I'm not sure what you're doing, but you shouldn't run out of 10 megs with
reasonable usage...  have you been cleaning out your old executables and
.o files?  Netscape cache?  I've posted previously on this topic before--
check the newsgroup archive for it.
