go into the directory where all your files are and do

chmod o+r *.*

that's what works for unix.  i'm not sure how to do it with this crazy AFS
stuff we have going on.  if you have to do it on acpub, it has something to
do with

fs setacl system:anyuser rl

someone correct me if i'm wrong.
i could never throw a football either.  i much prefer soccer.  :)
