New Stuff on Web site

I'm working on some new pages for the web site.  One of them is about
design hints and is there but hard to find:

Anyway, it's design and STL hints that you might find useful.  I'm
mostly just making it out of news posts that bring up good points.
There's some stuff in there about error handling and two rather large
sections about sorting.

The other is the start of a Gotchas collection, things that are really
dumb and take a long time to debug:

If you have requests for design hints or gotchas or something you want
to add to the page, post it to news and I'll get around to it sooner
