CVS survey

okay, by an electronic show of hands, is there ANYONE that has gotten
CVS to work properly with this nightmare that we like to call AFS?
noone in my group and others i have spoken with can ever seem to get the
permissions set correctly.  if anyone has been able to do it, can you
give the rest of us some tips?  thanks.
