getopt_long: victory

well, if anyone is still working on this thing besides us, i got my
hands on the C source code for getopt_long.   my public directory
(~lop/public) now contains the posix portion of the GNU glibc-2.0
standard C library.  so we can't blame it on OIT anymore, i guess.......

i hope everyone had a great spring break.  mine was way too short and
way too CPS-free for the point i'm at in this project....    see you in
class.
