Final turn?

It seems like this makes a difference in the strategy, but maybe it 
doesn't... Anyway, I was wondering if the other players get a chance to 
go over a hundred if someone else goes out first.  What I mean is, if 
player one rolls and gets 101, does player 2 get one last turn to roll 
and get more than 101?  OR is it over as soon as player 1 reaches 100 (in 
which case, he just has the advantage of getting to roll first)?  Just 
minor details.
