Bowling Submission format

I looked through the submission procedures, but
it says nothing about the format that the documents
should be submitted in.  Thus, would you
prefer that the C++ Code Critique be handed in
in plain text format, html, or can we hand it in in
Microsoft Word format? Thanks.
