FYI:  Happy99.exe is a worm program.  I don't know if Janel posted this on
purpose, or if it's part of the worm's behavior, but DO NOT RUN IT.

on the program.

I'd recommend everyone be careful running any unknown binary files.  The
melissa virus is getting a lot of coverage in the press-- we should be
aware of these things too.
