developed and how did it pass? What subsequent laws developed in
response to the DMCA?

Describe the Lexmark/Static Control case, the decision,
consequences with respect to the DMCA, related and subsequent problems
and issues.
Describe the Blizzard v BNETD case, the relevance with
respect to DMCA, licensing, copyright in general and potential
repercussions depending on how the case is decided.
