In this Tug of War over the Internet article from the January 22, 2006 Washington Post. The author talks about network neutrality and writing this into law.

Create a thesis statement that makes a claim regarding network neutrality. Relate your claim to the readings from the first two weeks, specifically the Tussles in Cyberspace paper and the first chapters of Code as applicable.

You should write your first two paragraphs as part of a H20 submission due by Tuesday, January 31.

The first draft is due Wednesday, February 8.
