The computer science department at Duke strives for excellence in teaching and research. Professors typically design their courses to engage and encourage students in their study of computer science and the sub-disciplines reflected in our courses.
We also want to reflect the needs and expectations of students in our courses. To do this, students can submit comments anonymously about the computer science courses they are taking (or have taken). These comments will be read only by the Director of Undergraduate Studies , the chair, and the professor teaching the course. Our goal is to adapt the subject and delivery of our courses to meet student needs while maintaining our high standards.
