Lab 3 - Cryptography

This lab has the following parts

1. Experiment with Strings
2. Write a function to remove duplicate letters from a string
3. Write a function to encode a given string by substituting its letters with ones a certain distance away
4. Write a larger program to encrypt and decrypt a message
