Comp Sci 101 Poem 

Waited till my senior year to take my pesky QS
Decided on computer science since it seemed like less stress
Week one and two were super easy, knew I’d made the right choice 
Coding Blocky, very simple, all I did was rejoice
Suddenly, however, the class picked up its speed
APTs got harder. A tutor I did need
Assignments got more intricate and test one did surprise me 
Thought I studied hard enough, but didn’t. Got a C 
I really felt discouraged, tired, stressed and beat 
But knew I had to find a way to get back on my feet
Got my tutor, studied more and worked on those assignments 
Caesar cipher, clever hangman, needing my refinement 
Slowly, I felt better. Practiced everyday 
Who knows, I might just pass this class. Might just get an A 
For anyone who feels discouraged after midterm one 
Try to do more practice problems, though they aren’t fun
Comp Sci sure is challenging, but everyone should try 
Even if you get knocked down, keep that head up high 
Coding is a useful tool. I’m glad I’ve gained some knowledge
Even if it was during my final year of college
