Computer Science is a class I have taken
And on many assignments I have been mistaken
I solve an APT hoping for all green
But sadly red boxes are all I see

Many hours have spent coding at Perkins
On Eclipse I was busy working
Other kids would brag and say
“Wow I finished those APTs in just a day”

To me, they never came fast
Of my friends, I often finished last
I would spend hours debugging code
It was even harder with a heavy courseload

However, I was eventually done
The APT battle (for this week) had been won
For when I uploaded it to test
I know that my code was the best

A feeling of relief surges through me
This problem was hard, but I found the key
All green makes me happier than ever
However, this feeling doesn’t last forever

For all too fast, a new one is assigned
And I know it will take hours of my time
Yet I realized problem solving is fun!
I know I can’t be the only one:)
