Green Light Delight

I read the problem pondered for a while
Didn't get it right the first time, now I'm in denial

I'll figure it out don't worry I say
I'm going to make that red light go away

With a little thought and some help from my pen
I'll write out the problem before I try again

This time solving step by step, to make sure I won't forget
To put in the correct syntax so I don't break a sweat 

Finally, the time has come
To enter my code with my fat thumbs

I put it in and test it with one line
It works! Hopefully it passes all ninety-nine

I file save and go to test
Browse for the file hoping for the best

I click the test and then I scroll down
Seeing all green gave my heart a warm feeling all around

I was happy that I succeeded and figured it out
Next APT, I'll have green the first time, no doubt!
