Unless otherwise stated, assignments are due at 11:55 PM on the due date.

What to turn in: Unless otherwise stated, all assignments should be turned in through gradescope as a single PDF. Gradescope upload links may not be available until a few days after assignments are released. Please do not submit scanned, handwritten solutions.

Academic Honesty: We take academic honesty very seriously. We will post a matrix of permitted collaboration activities before the first assignment is due. Please also see the lecture notes on academic honesty. You should check if you have any confusion about what is permitted.

Lateness: There will be a 10% per day lateness penalty, up to maximum of 5 days. Do not bother turning in assignments that are more than 5 days late. You may request extensions for assignments before the due date. Acceptable reasons for requesting extensions include, but are not limited to: illness, academic conference travel, participation as an athlete in official university sporting events, job interviews, and religious holidays. Unacceptable reasons for extensions include: feeling stressed (unless it is at the level of a health problem), other classwork or exams, and extracurricular activities such as clubs, hobbies, charities, or startups.
