Brief Description

Word Chain Challenge is a fun, fast-paced word game where players score points by creating a chain of words. Each new word must start with the last letter of the previous word. Can you make the longest chain without repeating words?

Settings

Before starting, the player can choose: Word List: Words that can be used in the game (from lowerwords.txt). Difficulty (optional): You may limit word length or select a subset of letters to increase challenge.

Rules of Play

Start the game to begin with a score of 0. Enter any valid word from the provided word list. Each word must start with the last letter of the previous word. Words cannot be repeated. Type quit to end the current game. The game ends when you choose to quit or cannot provide a valid word. Your final score equals the number of valid words you entered.
