CompSci 201: Data Structures & Algorithms

Spring 2013
Duke University Computer Science

We do APTs (Algorithmic and Problem-solving Tests) almost every week. We'll start some in class, we'll finish some in class, we'll discuss some in recitation, and others you'll do completely on your own.

  • Each APT is worth 10 points.
  • By the end of the semester you need 300 points from APTs for full credit.
  • No late APTs are accepted, but you'll have plenty of opportunities to do extra APTs to make up for busy weeks that you'll encounter during the semester.
  • You earn credit depending on how many of the test cases your solution solves correctly.
  • Throughout the semester you'll be able to attempt about 500 points from APTs.
