Ambient can be downloaded for

1. Download the latest version of the Java Standard Edition JDK for your operating system.
2. Download the latest version of Eclipse for your operating system, we recommend choosing "Eclipse Standard" from the list. Note, Eclipse is different than typical downloaded programs because it does not use an installation wizard; instead you must un-archive it yourself and move the resulting folder to the folder in which you store your Applications.
3. Install the Ambient plug-in by running Eclipse and using its update manager.
